Anxiety Treatment

For those struggling with excessive worry, fear, and nervousness

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and reduce excessive worry and fear.

Individual Therapy

In the early stages of ongoing therapy, the focus will be on gaining a deeper understanding of your experiences and identifying the goals you'd like to work toward. Each session will be individually tailored to you and what your unique needs are. Throughout your therapy we will check in on progress towards your goals and whether or not your needs in therapy are being met.

Anxiety treatment will incorporate change-focused behavioral modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a structured, evidence-based, present-focused, and change-oriented therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps individuals identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thought patterns, which can influence their emotions and actions.
